Our core purpose is to provide a platform that recognizes, supports, and celebrates the contributions of women in a field that has historically been male-dominated. By highlighting the achievements and challenges faced by female CEOs, proposal writers, contracting officers, consultants, and participants in the APEX accelerator program, GovCon Queens aims to inspire a new generation of women to pursue careers in government contracting.
